The 3rd version of ‘Targets’

Still trying out our Best Anything out of 0 mindset. This time around, I’ve halved the number of items and added a version for Low Energy days. (Thanks AuDHD TikTok!)

‘High Value Treat’ is now a reminder for extra care on especially rough days. (Which is almost everyday for me in the winter seasons. lol)

These are no longer Daily Targets, just Targets. Things to do on a regular basis for our Happiest Selves. (Note to self: Look at Laurie Santos writings again! It’s been awhile.)

(Doing this probably isn’t good writing. But this blog isn’t about putting out Good Writing.)
